REBUILD MACHINERY
American Lean Industrial Maintenance Service will come to your facility and rebuild/fix your machinery. It will be rebuilt to your specs. Once the machine is rebuilt, we can install a preventative maintenance program to keep the machine in top shape. We can train your employees if you buy used equipment from a machinery company or an auction. We are certified by Holz-her, OTT, Kundig and Komo to install and train on their machines. We are a sub-contractor for Komo machinery.
Preventive Maintenance
American Lean will come in and set up a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to keep your machines running in top condition. We will first look at your machines, along with the recommended guidelines, to set up the solution that is best suited specifically for your machines and your operation. We will plan the PM program to fit into your production schedule and adjust it accordingly based on your operational needs. At the time we set up, American Lean will prepare a comprehensive evaluation of your machine which includes an evaluation of the useful life, the potential impact of the PM program, along with an estimated replacement date. Everything we do is geared toward your bottom line.
Dust Collection System
American Lean will sell you the dust collection and pipe. We will then install it for your company.
