American Lean Industrial Maintenance was started in 2001.  Robert Davis, the owner, started the company as a side project.  He worked for a sandpaper company as a production supervisor when he decided to take his skill sets elsewhere by working part-time at night and on the weekends.  Once the business started to take off, Robert stopped working in his production supervisor role and worked on ALIMS full-time in 2008.  American Lean sells solutions to customers needing high-quality parts at a high speed and continues to provide the highest level of technical service to machines that the largest global manufacturers of industrial machinery produce.
